Bilingual technician in technical support
ITESMEDIA is a growing company specializing in the development and deployment of innovative digital signage products and interactive kiosks.
- Location: Pointe-aux-Trembles, Montreal
- Job type: Permanent
- Schedule: Full time Monday to Friday and occasional availability in the evenings and weekends (on call)
- Experience required: Minimum of 3 to 5 years
- Qualities: dynamic, determined, optimistic, bilingual.
The bilingual technical support technician will be a flexible member of the team at ITESMEDIA and will alternate between programming and technical support. In technical support, he will be the additional person responsible for the first customer contact regarding support calls as well as in the field. He will have to make sure to offer continuous follow-up with customers and partners when new requests arise and for the proper functioning of digital signage networks and interactive kiosks.
For the programming component, he will participate in the quality control tests of the ITESMEDIA suite and will be responsible for documenting and correcting any anomalies related to them. He will be the resource person when diagnosing and correcting any anomalies raised by members of the technical support team.
